While a foundation alone does not create a house, having an unshakeable base to build upon allows us to create the life of our dreams. Nutrition fuels our passions, drives our health, and supports the energy and clarity with which we show up in our lives. I practice evidence based nutrition; you won’t hear me talking about the latest hacks, trends, or diets. Together, we will put to rest all of the confusing, conflicting messages around what to eat, and create a realistic and sustainable approach to nutrition that works for YOU.

Lifestyle Medicine and Health and Wellness Coaching

Wellness does not exist in a vacuum, independent of other life variables. Lifestyle Medicine takes a holistic approach to life changes. This branch of medicine involves the use of therapeutic, evidence-based, behavioral and lifestyle interventions to prevent, treat and, oftentimes, reverse chronic health conditions. I predicate my practice on the Lifestyle Medicine pillars of an evidence-based, plant forward diet; of joyful movement; of close, nurturing relationships; of a curiosity fueled, growth mindset; of cultivating a mindful awareness; and of the belief that YOU are the expert on YOU.
