Consistency is More Important than Perfection

Wellness and happiness will not happen by accident. It’s the little things, implemented gradually and practiced consistently, that have a massive impact on your quality of life 10, 20, 30 years from now. Wellness must be a daily practice of living with intention.

My Story

Andie is not another armchair coach. She has been where many of you are standing. Beginning in her early 30’s, Andie found herself suffering from chronic autoimmune issues, severe GERD, IBS, anxiety, excessive fatigue, and more. She spent years unraveling her own health story, discovering that wellness is about so much more than diet and exercise. It was not an overnight success story; it started with gradual changes to her diet, sleep habits, stress management practices, and relationships. Over the last decade, she has become Certified in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutritional Studies at Cornell, as well as having received certifications in Nutrition and Sports Physiology, Children’s Health, and Cancer. She is also certified by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine as a Lifestyle Medicine Coach, and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. She has helped dozens of clients with chronic illnesses like diabetes, high blood pressure/cholesterol, heart disease, IBS, MS, Lupus, and Parkinson’s navigate their way to better health.

Why My Practice Exists

You’re SO confused about how to eat healthy, exercise, and feel GOOD on a daily basis, because there’s so much contradicting information about health and nutrition out there. I know, because I have been there. It’s so easy to get lost in the sea of self purported experts and information that seems to constantly change. How do we know what advice to heed? And does any of it matter if it doesn’t work for YOU?

The advent of social media has created more access to information than ever, yet as a society we are sicker, more stressed and experiencing less joy and life satisfaction than ever. Knowledge alone is not enough to move us forward. Wellness is not ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL, which is why so many people are met with failure. Together, we will create a personalized plan that sets you up for success!

Jan G. (Boulder, CO)

I feel so much better when I eat this way. I have more energy, I sleep better, and no more brain fog. And if I do have meat here or there, I feel the difference and find myself looking forward to eating out of my freezer again.

Ken O. (Painesville, OH)

Our family loves Andie’s meals! It makes my life so much easier when trying to plan dinners for the week. And grocery shopping is a breeze!! Her meal plans have even gotten my ‘bean despising’ toddler to actually eat them. Nothing short of amazing!”

Callie F. (Boulder, CO)

Andie has helped me be healthier than I ever have before. She is also an amazing, powerful woman who is changing people’s lives and I am a healthier human because of her! I know you will love her as much as I do!!

Heather B. (Allen, TX)
